Automatic Cutting
Set spindle speed, movement speed, repeat count and depth, then start machining on the measured curve.
Reverse Cutting
Run the cutting process in the reverse direction relative to the original measurement direction.
Simulation
Review the cutting path on the measured surface before performing the actual cut.
Measurement Editing
Edit the measurement curve, extend endpoints and prepare geometric transitions.
Manual Control
Adjust axis movement, spindle speed and cutting speed through manual mode.
Drawing Library
Save measured wheels with a name and visual reference for later jobs.

Define the start and end points, complete the intermediate measurement automatically and edit the measured curve for the required job.
On flat, non-offset surfaces, the curve can be edited for endpoint extensions, chamfers and radii. Finished measurements can then be stored in the drawing library.

Position the cutting head as required and verify the path through simulation before machining.
After setting spindle speed, movement speed, repeat count and cutting depth, the machining cycle can begin. Reverse Cutting enables work in the opposite direction to the measurement path.
