What does the simulation show?
As the slider advances, the wheel rotates, the cutting tool moves from the outer diameter toward the centre and the machined front face changes to a metallic aluminium finish. Recessed areas remain black.
The real FGR-24 process
This is an interactive illustration of the machining principle. On the real machine, the cutting path follows the wheel surface measured by the touch probe and the cutting data edited by the operator.
